To keep the tablet and scanner safe, there is a special case that provides additional protection for the devices. This protective case has several features that make it stand out from ordinary cases and provide more security:

• The case is made of impact and break resistant, extremely tough plastic.
• A seal on the edge of the case makes it waterproof, dustproof and airtight.
• An automatic pressure equalization valve allows air to escape from inside the case, but does not allow water to enter the case.
• Two-stage latches ensure secure locking.

With an IP67 rating, the case is rated even higher than the tablet and scanner. These protective cases are used by the military and in the electronics industry, among others, where it is important to be able to transport sensitive equipment safely even under extreme conditions.

Inside the protective case are foam compartments for scanner, charging cable and belt clip. The tablet is placed on top of this, which is held in place by the foam on the side edges of the case. This way, the devices always stay in place and are additionally protected.
